Purpose: To assist the BOT with the management of the trees and shrubbery on the common property and to ensure they are maintained in accordance with all approved contracts. The goals/duties of the committee are as follows:

• Develop and update inventory of the trees and shrubbery on the common property.
• Maintain a list of current vendors and their contracts.
•  Monitor, follow up and document the work of contractors and ensure they are performing their contractual duties.
• Determine the need for additional services regarding the maintenance of trees and make recommendations to the BOT. 
• Perform an annual inspection of all common area trees and shrubs and report results to the BOT.
• Assist the property manager with reviewing vendor contracts and advise the BOT as needed.
• Perform minor physical labor such as pruning of the trees and shrubs.
