Meeting dates: 2nd Tuesday of the month from April through September

Purpose: To assist the BOT on all swimming pool issues of the VGAC. The goals/duties of the committee are as follows:

Assist the BOT in selecting a pool service contractor
Monitor the work of the pool contractor to ensure that their contractual duties are performed as scheduled
Draft pool rules and regulations for BOT approval
Be familiar with the operational components of the pool system
Ensure that pool furniture is properly cleaned and stored at the end of the season
Make recommendations for replacement and/or additional pool furniture as needed
