Meets as needed

Purpose: To assist the BOT on all landscaping issues of the VGAC. The goals/duties of this committee are as follows:

Assist the ACC with applications
Monitor the work of HOA landscaping contractor to ensure their contractual duties are performed as scheduled
Determine the need for additional services and make recommendations to the BOT
Be familiar with the operation of the irrigation systems and lake fountains within the community
