Meets 3rd Wednesday of the month 6:30pm in the clubhouse

Purpose: To assist the BOT on all clubhouse issues of the Village Grande at Camelot HOA including maintenance of the facility. The goals/duties of the committee are as follows:

Draft rules and regulations for the clubhouse for BOT approval
Monitor the work of the janitorial contractor and ensure the contractual duties are performed
Create and perform a routine check of the clubhouse for HVAC, lighting, alarms, communications equipment, exercise equipment, furniture, and decorations
Determine the need for additional furniture and equipment and make recommendations to the BOT
Perform an annual inspection of the clubhouse
Prepare and maintain an operational/resource manual for all clubhouse related equipment

This committee is responsible for the following subcommittees: Library, Decorating, Kitchen & Sports & Fitness.
